Now here is some fun in the middle of the week. I am sure you are familiar with Google homepage with big, colorful Google logo in the middle. You can turn that logo to Black and white with single click. How? Well continue reading…

  • Open Google homepage or click here.
  • Then type: make google logo black and white
  • Now click on ‘I’m feeling lucky’ button.
  • Homepage will load with Black&White logo.

Nice trick na? When you click on ‘I’m feeling lucky’ button, you are redirected to this URL: http://blogoscoped.com/blackandwhite/ which has Google homepage replica and of course with Google logo image with colors drained out. [via]

‘I’m feeling lucky’ button? This button takes you directly to the first web page Google returned for your query. You will not see the other search results at all. An “I’m Feeling Lucky” search means you spend less time searching for web pages and more time looking at them.

This is very easy for users to go to relevant site without seeing advt and search pages by clicking on ’search’ button. Also with this button Google annually loses lot of money beacuse user is directed to relevant webpage and not to search result page which has advertisements.
