You may have seen lack of activity on ‘Techno Life @ tothepc.com’. This is due to a freak malicious attack on the website which resulted in “internal server error”.

This may have infected the database, so had to restore the old database. As a result few comments on latest 20 posts are missing. I will try to restore them as soon as possible.

Importing a database of more than 80MB was quiet a task and learnt new things in the process. Thanks to Shodan for suggesting Security Scan plugin, it works well. Coming soon series of posts on managing wordpress database and other aspects.
