Google Earth gave an opportunity to explore our blue planet in detail, now its time to head to the sky. With Google Sky you can relish and travel with stars on your computer. One cool way to explore far reaches of our universe.

Google has teamed up with astronomers at some of the largest observatories in the world to bring you a new view of the sky. You can find the positions of the planets and constellations on the sky and even watching the birth of distant galaxies as seen by the Hubble Space Telescope.

You can search for celestial objects and places using search bar in Google Sky web app. You can navigate with drag/drop and zoom options to check objects in the sky – they way you want.

If you addicted to Google Earth, then Google Sky will look very familiar. Instead of land, you can check the wonders of sky. You have whole of the sky to navigate. In case you want to view a specific planet, then click on ‘Solar System’ button at the bottom. Then select the planet and relish wonders of that planet!
