Youtube has launched new video uploader that allows you to do all in web browser. Now you can upload large videos from 100MB to 1GB.
New uploaded has number of features like: you can enter in your video’s metadata (title, description, tags, etc.) while the upload is processing.
It supports uploading of multiple video files without downloading a plugin. Also, separate progress bar will appear for each file indicate the upload progress process.

The indication that you can upload a video up to 1 GB on youtube is misleading. It should say 1 GB or 10 minutes whichever comes first. I have tried to upload a video that is under 1 GB but over the 10 minute limitation.
Youtube should advertise in a truthful manner they are not selling used cars.
