Want to save your Office 2007 documents in PDF format? No need to install standalone heavy software or use not so reliable online conversion services.

You can add ‘save as PDF’ feature within Office 2007 by installing a small add-on from Microsoft. This download allows you to export and save to the PDF and XPS formats in eight 2007 Microsoft Office programs.

It also allows you to send as e-mail attachment in the PDF and XPS formats in a subset of these programs. It is supported on Windows Server 2003; Windows Vista; Windows XP Service Pack 2.
