Ultimate Converter is a free small portable application supporting conversion among different types of formats. You can use it to convert to and from: ascii, decimal, hexadecimal, binary, Morse code and semaphore. It is a Java based application that does not involve installation and allows quick conversion.
Use Ultimate Converter for conversion
1. Download Ultimate Converter program.
2. Double click downloaded file to launch it.
3. Enter data for any type in respective input box.
4. Click Convert button to see converted data.
Note: You may find difficulty in viewing convert button in the application window on low resolution display. Increase the resolution to see complete application window and the convert button.
