Remove Facebook profile from Google Search

Facebook is used by number of online users throughout the world. Majority of users make Facebook profiles to interact with close friends and family members. Hence, most users prefer to keep their profile private and away from public listing. New Facebook settings allows you to prevent public listing of your Facebook profile that is search-able by Google.

Disable Facebook profie listing in web search

1. Goto Facebook.com & login into your account.

2. Hover mouse over “Settings” & click “Privacy Settings”.

3. Click “Search” option on Privacy Settings page. Then click “Close” button on the info pop-up box.

4. Click to uncheck “Allow”box and then click “Confirm” button on pop-up box. This settings change will prevent and take out your Facebook profile from Google Search listing.
